Ok, so here’s how it works. For surveys, discussions or community forums that we invite you to participate in, we pay you for your time. But as we’ve said before, we make sure that you are adequately compensated.
How do I earn points?
When you’re invited, we’re upfront about the number of points that you will earn for your efforts.
NOTE: The MINIMUM number of points that you need to earn in order to redeem is 1000 ($10). Please ensure you have reached this point before trying to redeem.
How much does one-point worth in dollars?
- 1 point is equal to 1 cent. 100 points for a survey earns you $1 for example.
- A survey will likely earn you between 100 and 1000 points ($1-$10)
- A community forum which may require around 15mins effort per day for between 3 and 5 days earns you between 1000 and 5000 points ($10-$50)
- A focus group that we would run outside of the community in an external venue during the evening would earn you up to $150 cash. We would reward you with cash at the end of a session like this and not pay you with points.
- Your point balance will be emailed to you once every week or you will see your total points at the end of each survey that you do. But if you ever have any questions about what you’ve earned, please contact us HERE
How to Redeem the points?
Once you reach 1000 points, you will receive an automatic email that will ask you whether you want to redeem your points now or later. Additionally, this option will be available in the email that we will send you every week. Upon clicking "Yes, I want to redeem my points now", you will receive your Tango card link through which you will see more options to redeem your points.
How many gift cards are there to redeem the points?
More than 50 gift cards to redeem your points from.
What happens after I redeem my points?
Once you click on the rewards administrator will need to approve your request. This process can take up to 2 Business days.
How do I receive the gift card(s) that I select on the Tango card?
You will receive the respective e-gift card in your email.
NOTE: If you do not find the gift card in your email inbox, then search your pesky junk mail folder.
What if there are no gift cards available in the inventory?
In some cases, due to a very high volume of points redemption requests, the inventory runs out of all / some of the gift cards. We apologize for if this happens but rest assured the inventory is replenished as soon as possible.
What if I want to change my gift card with a different one in case of change of mind?
Once your points redemption request has been approved and you have received your gift card, you cannot exchange it with a different one.
